It is wonderful that you are taking the first step because it is one of the hardest parts toward making positive change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor II. I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2008. I have worked in a variety of counseling roles in private practice, court referred victims, residential, and recovery inpatient settings. The clients I have worked with have experienced a wide range of concerns including adjustments and change; past and recent or current trauma; marriage, family, parenting and relationship dynamics; dependency and addiction issues; employment and homelessness; grief and loss; coping; anxiety; depression; personality disorders; self-esteem; purpose and fulfillment and etc.
My style of counseling is very client-centered. I want to meet you where you are at and foster a warm and safe place to process and navigate through past and present difficulties and experiences. I am very compassionate and empathetic. I believe everyone is made uniquely and deserves respect and understanding. Therefore, I draw from a variety of counseling theories and techniques that is best fitting to the individual’s needs, desires and goals. I commonly gravitate toward family systems, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, strengths based, motivational interviewing, narrative, existential, psycho-dynamic and more therapy modalities to help us work together toward solutions. Life can catch up with us or become challenging at various seasons and having someone present to walk alongside us is helpful. As you are ready, I am passionate to help people heal and find hope towards the changes you desire to live life to the fullest. I am honored to be a part of that journey.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lynnette Craig. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Lynnette went above and beyond to make me feel deeply cared for.
Lynette helps me to see the problems I am dealing with do not need to take over my life. I have learned how to cope and how to keep from "disintegrating into tears" when there is a bad circumstance. I would highly recommend her!!
I appreciate you for everything
When I talk with Lynnette, I really feel like she hears me and understands me. She will help me to realize something and help learn how to handle things without me even realizing. I’ll be telling a story and she’ll repeat it back to me in a way I never thought about. She is beyond excellent at what she does.
Lynnette has been such a help over the last year! I truly feel like I’ve grown so much because of the tools she’s provided me and the safe space she provided to process through things I was dealing with. She has been a blessing to me!
Working with Lynnette was an absolute pleasure. She helped me through some very difficult transitions in my life and I can't thank her enough for her commitment to her work. She genuinely wants to get to know you and what your goals are. She knows when to challenge you and always listens intently. We interacted using all the mediums available on Betterhelp (message, phone, and video). During every interaction I felt heard and understood. She wasn't afraid to ask clarification questions if she needed to. I am truly grateful for the time I've been able to spend with her. I've grown significantly as a person and would recommend her to any of my friends. Thanks again Lynnette! Keep moving forward!
Lynnette is incredible! She is insightful and understanding. She has helped me ease my anxiety, grief, and depression. I am so grateful for Lynette's professionalism and guidance. I have shared things with her that I have never shared before. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She is a God-sent.
Lynnette has been wonderful in helping to guide me in my journey of coping with PMDD, anxiety, and depression. It’s so comforting knowing I can send her a message and she’s there to listen and she always seems to check in when I need it most.
Lynnette has been wonderful and truly cares about my concerns/well-being. I thought we would only speak once a week but we have maintained daily contact. She is upfront and holds me accountable in a meaningful way without pushing me beyond my comfort level as I am new to this. Could not have asked for a better counselor.
Lynette is awesome. She takes her time to listen to you, reiterate your thoughts and provide practical and achieveable solutions. I highly recommend her, especially for marriage or relationship therapy.
Lynnette is doing a great job and would help anyone who she connects with
Lynette is amazing and I’m so grateful for her and for BetterHelp. I’ve found our sessions to be one of the bright spots of my week and she’s always available for messages and check-ins. The added accountability has been a game-changer! I highly recommend both Lynette and BetterHelp!
