About me

As a licensed therapist in Georgia, I bring over two decades of experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges. My practice centers on creating affirming, compassionate spaces for healing—particularly for LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those navigating diverse personal experiences.

I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, with a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique journey. My approach focuses on helping individuals develop self-love, improve communication, overcome isolation, and rediscover life purpose.

My therapeutic work spans a wide range of concerns, including workplace stress, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and personal growth. I'm particularly passionate about supporting clients through transitions, healing from past experiences, and building resilience.

I believe in a collaborative, person-centered approach that honors each individual's strengths and lived experiences. Together, we'll work to create meaningful strategies for emotional well-being and personal transformation.

I greatly value Madison's insight, his help has been such a blessing in my personal growth. He helped me identify that I have MDD which I greatly appreciate giving me better insight into myself. Lastly, it's just so comforting being able to feel seen and safe sharing my experiences with another person from the LGBT+ community.
