About me

Hello, I’m a therapist with 20 years of experience in private practice. I usually work with people who are stuck at some point in their lives and need immediate help. This often means a change has occurred or needs to occur. And since change can be painful, I help to ease it with my warm professional guidance. I will give you tools for emotional stability, problem solving, and good communication skills. My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, self esteem, codependence, infidelity, life choices and the LGBT population.

My clients have told me they find it easy to connect with me, open up, and most of all to trust me. I’ve had a commitment to healing all of my adult life and I love what I do. Depending upon what you need, I provide supportive, solution focused or in-depth therapy. I can offer you warmth, compassion, knowledge and skills as we work through your problems together.

I graduated from Rutgers University. My post-graduate training includes the Family Institute of Westchester, The EMDR Institute, The Relational Living Institute, The Relational Intimacy Institute, and the Imago Relationship Institute.

She is a very caring person. Just started with only 2 sessions so it’s too early to answer at the moment. She responds very quickly to my text so far

Maggie has been 100% there for us a couple and myself esp ! I thought my relationship was hopeless and ended after the infidelity. I didn’t feel like continuing therapy and then started with Maggie after going threw a bunch. She has had such an affect on our relationship and even though we aren’t there yet with her help it’s made us a 1,000 times better I appreciate her so much !

Maggie is really good at listening. I feel uncomfortable talking to some people but she really makes me feel like she is not judging me. I’m really hopeful that I can get better with her help.
