About me

Sometimes we need a space to feel heard and understood, and at other times we need space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. As a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where you can bring your experiences openly, without fear of criticism or shame.

I work with individuals experiencing complex trauma, trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with work–life balance. I understand that everyone’s experiences are shaped by their unique life story, relationships, and the way they experience the world, and I aim to honour this within our work together.

My aim as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist is to create a safe, accepting, and supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. I will meet you with empathy, honesty, patience, and unconditional positive regard, supporting you through both the difficult and uncertain parts of your journey. My approach is grounded in person-centred values, while remaining responsive to your individual needs and goals.

I welcome people from all walks of life and believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences at your own pace.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice, and a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology.
