Mahana takes the time to listen, doesn't jump straight to solution mode. She helped me analyse my thoughts when I wasn't even sure what I was feeling.

Mahana so far has made feel so seen and so heard. I leave every session feeling hopeful, with clear goals to guide me through the week. I feel comfortable to be honest with her as she explores my inner thoughts and where they come from. I look forward to our sessions every week to provide mind management as I go through daily life. I’m really grateful for her.

This was my first experience with any kind therapy before and it has been an amazing life changing opportunity for self-growth and understanding my true-self. I couldn’t be more grateful and I will continue to see my therapist even when things are good because they have helped me truly find myself and understand how to cope with life changing events in a healthy and positive way!
