Makeesa is great. She’s very understanding & validates me and my emotions and reassures me that these emotions are okay to have, but she is also very helping in guiding me in a healthy way to let out my emotions. She’s a great therapist. I’ve only had a couple sessions with her & I’m learning a lot. She also gives worksheets which can be very helpful as well to monitor my progress
