About me

You're doing a wonderful thing for yourself right now by taking the time to evaluate therapists. Fit and personality are every bit as important as specialty and experience. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience providing therapy and support to adults, and families. I can be safe space of support and exploration, and if you're seeking it an enthusiastic partner in making change. I hope to create a space not just of authenticity but also of accountability and sometimes fun. I really love coming up with unique little tasks and activities to further your progress between sessions. Life is complex and I want to support my clients in experiencing the most of it. Learning to manage our moods, triggers and reactions is one of the most powerful and sustainable things we can do for ourselves, our future and those we care about. You deserve to have the life you want five weeks or five years from now, and we could talk about what steps to take in getting there. I have worked extensively with anxiety, substance use, trauma, disordered mood, family dynamics issues, change of life and stress. Being a human is hard, and there is no right way to do it.

Mallory is incredibly thoughtful and intentional. I really value the work I've done with her and I'm thankful for her guidance. She has a calming way of connecting the dots and making it relevant and personal. I've come a long way with her help.

Mallory is great! She helps me visualize different parts of my personality and try to be kind to them, instead of trying to control them. She uses humor, stories, and analogies to help me self examine a little better. She has helped me be more self aware and self compassionate.
