Manuel Acosta, LMHC
About me
I work with people who feel things deeply.
As a licensed therapist in Florida, I help individuals navigate the weight of what they carry—anxiety that shows up in social spaces, transitions that reshape identity, relationships that challenge who we thought we were. My work is about creating room for you to examine your inner life without judgment, to process what's happened, and to build resilience that's yours.
I treat depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem fractures, and relational patterns that no longer serve you. The work is evidence-based but never mechanical—every session adapts to what you actually need, not what a protocol assumes.
What I offer is collaboration. We uncover strengths you didn't know you had. We develop strategies that fit your life, not someone else's blueprint. Whether you're facing upheaval, relational complexity, or the uncomfortable work of growing into who you're becoming, I walk that path with you—present, empathetic, and honest.
My aim: Help you understand yourself clearly, respond to life effectively, and create change that matters to you.
I welcome anyone ready to do the work.
