About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, the impact of a medical diagnosis and parenting issues. I have worked with children and families in a medical setting for over 20 years. I have also worked closely with individuals and families who have been touched by cancer. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. I believe you are the expert of your life. We are all unique and have our own strengths.

My approach is client centered, strength based, and solution focused. I strongly believe that we all at some point in our lives need someone to talk to. When working with clients I work to make the experience respectful, safe and positive. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be the most difficult part. I am looking forward to getting to know you.

Incredible therapist. She is the super down to earth and genuinely cares. Definitely a wealth of knowledge and experience to not only help you through the crisis but even to just check in on your weekly routine always leaves me with hope and positivity.

Marcella (Marcy) has far exceeded my expectations as a therapist.
From the start, she has provided a high level of care, insight, and professionalism that has made a meaningful difference in my life. I was initially hesitant about online therapy, but working with Marcy has shown me that the quality of the therapist is what truly matters—and she is exceptional.

I've worked with other therapists in the past who didn’t help me as much, but Marcy’s approach has been both effective and deeply supportive. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, impactful care.
