About me

I enjoy helping individuals in need and have been practicing therapy for several years. I have an eclectic approach but rely heavily on mindfulness and solution focused therapy. I would say I am very straight forward in my approach, have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in children and will work with children as young as 3. I specialize in teenagers and children but will work with any age.

I have been trained in CBT, TF, CORS, and SARS, which is the sexual assault response team. I had a short internship at Tarzana and have extensive experience with sexual abuse. I look forward to meeting all who who are feeling the need for help in this difficult world.
