I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana, with over half a decade of experience supporting individuals with mental health needs. I have worked with a large variety of clients, of all ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. This includes experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, autism/ADHD, OCD spectrum, LGBTQIA+-related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse.
My therapeutic style is open and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I work hard with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It is not easy to open up to someone, much less admit something needs to change in order to have a more fulfilling and happier life.
