Margaret is just what I needed! I went through 2 other therapists before her and had almost given up on the idea of therapy. But, the first time I met Margaret I knew that we would be a good match. She's honest, straight forward, and doesn't beat around the bush. But, at the same time she is compassionate, non judgemental, encouraging and supportive. She's helped me to start taking steps towards living a more values driven life where I am making decisions and taking actions that are aligned with my moral compass and core values. She has also been helpful with giving me easy yet effective tools to use when I get anxiety attacks or am feeling overwhelmed or over stimulated. I am also starting to be able to acknowledge and believe in my own value and worth which has helped me to have the strength and confidence to leave a relationship which was detrimental to my emotional well being and mental health. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Margaret is an absolutely outstanding therapist. She has a very broad background, is an active listener, and constantly endeavors to lead those she is helping to actionable steps they can take to improve both the way they frame their current concerns and practically address them. She is very compassionate and truly concerned for the welfare of those she is helping.
