Margaret has been wonderful- got right into my issues and has action items/lessons to work on during our time apart, which I greatly appreciate.

Thank you for making therapy readily accessible for people like me who can’t just leave or get away easily due to a chaotic lifestyle. Your problem solving is immensely helpful when I’ve had issues and felt everything was handled professionally! Thanks a bunch (single mom trying to figure things out!)

If you’re looking for direct, empathetic support, I highly recommend Margaret Sumption. She expertly guided me through a situation I thought would be nearly impossible to survive with my heart and mind intact. Yet, after less than a year, here I am, heart and mind intact and flourishing. Margaret is a gift I will be forever grateful for having received.

Margaret is a wonderful therapist. She listens and tries to help you find ways to navigate whatever it is you're dealing with through the lens of operating from a place that's guided by your core values. She's also straight forward and isn't afraid to tell you like it is, even if you might not want to hear it and I really appreciate that about her. But, she doesn't make you feel judged. She holds you accountable while helping to guide you and give you tools so that you are better equipped to handle your issues in a healthy, positive and progressive manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.
