Maria is kind, compassionate, respectful and full of knowledge for what you are coming to her for. Each session always feels like I’m sitting with a trusted friend who has my best interest at heart and wants to see me succeed. I feel heard, seen, and understood. I love how proactive Maria was since day one, which was such a major change from past therapists I have worked with. I love the assignments she has given me to work on my ‘stuff’ and have found all of it benifical and life changing. As long as I continue to apply everything on a consistent bases.

I highly recommend Maria and Betterhelp! There is nothing more filling then knowing that there is someone out there who truly wants to see you win and not stay stuck in old behaviors.

Maria is a rare find and I feel blessed to know that God made sure she was the therapist I would need on this journey!
