Maria is so easy to talk to and has provided me several resources to help with my anxiety. I feel so much better about myself after each session.

Maria has been an absolute joy in my life. I feel extremely heard and cared about whenever we speak. She is super sweet and very good at deciphering and targeting main ideas or critical insights even when I offload a ridiculous amount. She asks questions that provoke thought and has really helped me reach a place where I am far more content with myself than I used to be. She's helped me accept happiness and be more present with who I am, and she's been an invaluable help despite our short association, I am so grateful to have met her!

Maria is personable, patient and offers useful resources. She is a very good listener who brings me back from my tangents yet I work at my own pace. I feel listened to and more understood through our work together. She is also honest, encouraging and refreshingly modern in her views about women and our societal roles and struggles. I feel comfortable exploring and healing with Maria and after several sessions, I feel that I am progressing in building/reasserting my authentic sense of self and worth.

Maria has been a great resource. I have told her my feelings and she has respected me and gave me little assignments to help me with my feelings and anxiety.
