About me
My primary goal for individuals (and families) is to assist you in minimizing distress and overcoming different challenges. Challenges come in many forms: traumatic experiences, difficulties at work or in our significant relationships, major life transitions, grief, unresolved family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, and anger, among others. I help my clients heal past traumas and negative self-perceptions to increase the presence of love and acceptance in their lives. I hope to guide you in gaining insight into your relationship with yourself and with others.
