Maria has helped me in ways I never thought was possible. I have had some deep rooted habits that I didn't realise weren't helping me or healthy, and even though I'm still working through a lot of these, the clarity and healthy mindset I have now is unbelievable.
Maria has also challenged me on a number of occasions which has been so helpful and has really helped me change a lot of unhealthy ways I had and question certain things I was struggling with.

Maria is amazing. She is definitely one of the best therapists I've had. She challenges me and makes me uncomfortable, but in a good way. That's how I want to feel in therapy. I want to feel challenged and face myself, and Maria does an amazing job of facilitating that. She is very wonderful and I look forward to my time with her each week.
