Maria Sondhaus, LMHC
About me
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional who works with adults navigating anxiety, past experiences, and meaningful life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed and focused on helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I often support individuals experiencing anxiety, social discomfort, or feelings like guilt, shame, and self-doubt, as well as the impact of past experiences on relationships and daily life.
I also have experience working with caregivers, individuals impacted by cancer, and those navigating workplace stress, multicultural experiences, and immigration-related transitions.
My goal is to offer a thoughtful and supportive space where you can gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move forward at your own pace.
