I'm Mariana — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist.
I grew up in a bilingual Latino household where two worlds, two languages, and two sets of expectations lived side by side. I know what it feels like to navigate between them.
I lived and worked in Madrid, Spain which deepened my understanding of what it means to be "between" — between cultures, between the life you came from and the life you're building. That experience lives in my work every day.
I believe the threshold — the in-between — is not empty. It's full of possibility. My job is to help you cross it with clarity, courage, and a lot less weight on your shoulders.
With over eight years of clinical experience and specialized training in EMDR, I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship ruptures, and identity questions.
