I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in New York state since 2018, with a Masters degree from New York University. I have over 7 years of experience working with youth and families to help resolve emotional, behavioral, and relational issues, focusing on parenting and family issues.
I am grounded in Person-Centered therapy, utilizing an eclectic approach to meet the individual client's needs. In the course of treatment, I aim to support clients to address areas of concern, with a focus on building communication, motivation, and relational stability. My style is supportive with use of humor and levity, creating a safe space to work through issues.
