About me
Do you feel like you struggle with managing your emotions? Is it difficult to maintain positive relationships? Do you have emotional cycles that need to be broken? I can help! I have been in the counseling field for over 10 years. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling in 2010, and have worked in numerous settings, from a psychiatric hospital to crisis teams to outpatient offices.
I like to utilize various interventions and techniques, depending on the needs of the client. My faith is part of who I am, and I am comfortable integrating it into treatment.
My availability for scheduling audio or video sessions is typically during the day, between the hours of 9am and 4pm. For messaging, I have a broader availability.
If you feel like you would like to work with me, please reach out. I would love to be a support person for you!
