She can point out characteristics that might lead someone into an unfortunate situation, draw out conclusions that might already have been formed but not solidified, and provide concrete suggestions to improve or resolve issues.

Mia is great. I’ve been in and out of therapy since I was a teenager and now being back in it as an adult, I’m thankful that she has been there for me. She’s a great listener and is good at telling me what I need to hear in the gentlest way possible. She’s really really great.

Absolutely love my sessions with Mia, she truly listens to me and understands / empathizes with what I've been going through. I feel comfortable opening up to her and being vulnerable / diving into deeper topics with her. She's really been helping me be the best 'me' that I can be. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I met Mia at the most challenging time I have faced so far in my life. In our first session, I told her I just needed someone in my corner because I had no one and she really did that for me. She validated my feelings, which was something I was not used to and it was such a relief. She helped me think and talk about my own feelings for the first time in a long time. I always feel a sense of hope after my sessions with her.

Mia has been wonderful. I've had several therapists before that helped me through things, but Mia has been by far the most helpful and supportive. She has a lot of empathy, and knows when to push back if something sounds wrong. I would have no qualms recommending her to anyone I know and love.
