About me

My name is Mark Anderson and I am a Licensed Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio. I am also Licensed as a Counselor in the State of Michigan. I have over 40 years experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment. I specialize in treating individuals and families with addiction problems and co-existing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with people who are attempting to cope with the loss of a loved one. One of the major benefits of counseling is to provide people with hope and the tools to assist them in dealing with a variety of problems. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.

Exceptional and one of a kind individual. I am Very glad I made the decision to see him, he is educated, understanding and experienced it seems like in everything and easy to talk to. I feel listened to and I feel heard. Im very sensitive to people's energy and I personally feel like I can relax my shoulders and unfold my arms around him and just talk. he gives me good vibes! I find Mark can hear what I’m saying and understand why I might feel that way and help me spell it out to understand myself better. I find I’m able to come to these realizations but then having the confirmation helps me start dealing with my issues in positive ways
