About me

My name is Mark Bilton and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts for over 20 years. I received a Masters Degree in Education from U-Mass Boston with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling. I am a compassionate, self motivated professional who strives to help individuals reach their full potential. I approach talk therapy from a humanistic perspective by exploring multiple aspects of a person’s life. By establishing an empathic, trusting relationship, I am able to provide hope while helping individuals reach their short and long range goals.
