Mark really understand what I was struggling with, and worked with me to find new ways to overcome it. He helped me far more than I thought a therapist could, and I’m so pleased with how I feel now. Thank you Mark!

I’ve only been working with Mark for a month or so and I can’t fault anything

Every single session I've had with Mark ends in a revelation - he is incredibly insightful and is hyper-aware of one's self-sabotaging coping mechanisms, being very careful not to collude with them but rather assist in breaking them down and suggest new, more healthy behaviour. I feel very lucky to have found him at just the right time in my life to be able to feel hopeful again and curious for a future.
