About me

I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK with 11 years experience, both in private practice and for charitable organisations. If you want to see my clinical approaches, please see the section
'' professional experience '' of my bio which very clearly lays out how i work.

As a therapist I have worked with a variety of issues including stress & anxiety, family conflicts, trauma & abuse. I am empathetic, non judgemental and supportive with strong listening skills. Additionally, I have helped clients work on issues relating to a lack of motivation, self esteem, self worth and confidence.

At the heart of how I work with my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in confidence without fear of judgment.

It takes sincere courage to claim your healing from past or ongoing issues or wounds and I am here to support & empower you on that journey towards personal change.

Additionally, i do offer the integration of Biblical Counsel which is reserved ONLY UPON REQUEST!! If you have any questions about anything, please do feel free to ask and i will be more than happy to respond to your questioning.

Thank you :)

My life changed for the better when I started my therapy with Mark. I am very greatfull for his wisdom and kind, understanding and nonjudgmental approach. I learned a lot about myself and how to live my life. I grew as a person. It is hard to imagine being able to do it without him.

Mark is a very clever and warm therapist.

He manages to always show me practical application to help me in life not just the issue which is surface level. Mark digs deep without feeling like his intruding but his knowledge is excellent and uses that well to understand the root cause of issues - he gets to the fundamentals of an issue which is usually nothing to do with the issue as it shows as an output.

I'm very blessed to have been linked with Mark, he understands me, he makes me feel at ease and gets the best from me. whilst still giving me clear instructions to grow my self and understand my emotions, the environmental around me and how to interact with them in a positive manner.

I feel like the sessions are like being back at college learning something i love, rather than a therapy session., he Segway's well from previous sessions / comments.

Mark has a knack of totally deconstructing an issue and taking back to fundamental basics that may not be understood as the issue to start with but clearly are as you learn and grow.

for all my life i have felt like i didn't understand elements of life / left lost / distant all on the inside as i have hidden it well from the world as most men do - now understanding me, my emotions and those of the people i interact with i now feel i have a lot of the answers i have been searching for and actually feel a better version of me.
Thank you Mark for your help, support, insight and understanding - you may not understand the positive impact you have had on me and my family - it is very much appreciated

Mark really helps to make sense of my experiences and situations and he clicks things into place with great depth and understanding. He’s very experienced and he’s got great analogies and he uses scripture to support his teachings, which is really helpful and it’s definitely helped me to understand what I’ve gone through and to help me to improve and develop.

Mark is the sort of therapist that balances compassion with practicality. Sessions involve being heard, but also being gently pushed to overcome obstacles.

Through my work with Mark, I’ve started to feel like things might just be OK after all.
