About me

I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK with 11 years experience, both in private practice and for charitable organisations. If you want to see my clinical approaches, please see the section
'' professional experience '' of my bio which very clearly lays out how i work.

As a therapist I have worked with a variety of issues including stress & anxiety, family conflicts, trauma & abuse. I am empathetic, non judgemental and supportive with strong listening skills. Additionally, I have helped clients work on issues relating to a lack of motivation, self esteem, self worth and confidence.

At the heart of how I work with my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in confidence without fear of judgment.

It takes sincere courage to claim your healing from past or ongoing issues or wounds and I am here to support & empower you on that journey towards personal change.

Additionally, i do offer the integration of Biblical Counsel which is reserved ONLY UPON REQUEST!! If you have any questions about anything, please do feel free to ask and i will be more than happy to respond to your questioning.

Thank you :)

Mark is the sort of therapist that balances compassion with practicality. Sessions involve being heard, but also being gently pushed to overcome obstacles.

Through my work with Mark, I’ve started to feel like things might just be OK after all.

Mark is a very clever therapist, he listens, doesnt judge but yet extracts the best from you by gently educating you in why you think the way you do and then provides very sensible tools to help you address these root causes that you can use for the rest of your life. I wish I'd done this years ago because quite literally he has help change my life for the better. Im still me, just a far better version that doesnt carry unwanted luggage anymore. We still have a way to go but I'll be honest I didn't think I'd be able to get this far when I first signed up . He has helped me understand some of the things in life's journey I just didn't understand, but I do now and this new clarity is so helpful tackling life's obstacles. If your reading this and fearful or scared as i was of addressing your issues however big or small,.

Do it.

You wont regret it at all as long as your ready to be helped.

Mark is considerate for the situation you’re facing or getting through. He is good at analysis and digging into things that are important and difficult to express or explain . I like his approach in dealing with little matters to big issues.
