When we want to change, developing emotional awareness helps the healing process. I have held space with my clients to discover this for 18 years using a variety of techniques from Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Sometimes who we need is a collaborator and coach and at other times someone to validate our experience and I will be this for you. I believe the quality of our working relationship is essential to the quality of your outcomes and we will make sure to incorporate this feedback.
Ultimately I would like you to say everything.
Many of the people I have worked with over the years have had experiences with substance use or feeling marginalized by how they identify. Together we will develop strategies towards resilience and steps toward change.

I finally found my therapist with Mark. He is the exact person I needed. Thank you for listening, helping, and getting me to where I need to be
Even in the very short time I spoke with mark i felt heard and validated! a true blessing
A wonderful conversationalist, he makes me feel seen and is fantastically insightful into things I have trouble breaking down on my own.
Always listens and offers good solutions and practices to help me!
Mark is a great therapist! He is very empathetic, a great listener, and very informal which was a great comfort to me. I highly recommend Mark as a therapist.
Great guy. Excellent therapist.
Mark is warm, down to earth, and made me feel very seen and heard from day one. He gave me some much-needed space to process multiple issues this winter. In moments when I try to intellectualize or skate by on the surface of something, he’s very good at getting me to dig deeper and put my finger on how I’m actually feeling. I recommend him wholeheartedly! Also has a great sense of humor. 10/10
Very encouraging and relatable. I’m blessed to have such person to help me out with my struggles.
Such a great therapist, I’ve searched for so long to find someone who would understand me and be able to help. He’s been amazing.
Mark is a friendly and exuberant person who can make you feel at home and appreciated; this alone is powerful therapy. My issue related to my LGBTQIA+ identity, and Mark made a safe space for that. Many thanks.
Mark gave me confidence in our first meeting that I am indeed in good caring hands.
He allows me to say what's on my heart then assist me to understand myself and how to process my feelings and move forward
Mark is a huge help for me
Mark is the first therapist that I've had that doesn't only listen, but effectively demonstrates that he understands exactly what I'm trying to say. He gives great life advice and supplies very helpful resources. I especially appreciate that he's able to be serious when it's needed, and is light-hearted where appropriate. I always look forward to my sessions with Mark.
