About me

I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Louisiana with over 12 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and attention deficit disorders. I have spent the past 8 years counseling and supporting Military families with concerns such as deployment, family transition, discharge and retirement from the military, and family reintegration.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is primarily solution-focused therapy. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone and I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to help navigate you in meeting your individual needs and goals.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to be beside you along your journey.

I look forward to working with you!
