About me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor and Personal Development Coach with a background in counseling, teaching, and educational support. My journey has equipped me with a unique perspective on the challenges individuals and families face, particularly when it comes to navigating anxiety, depression, and communication issues. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, including couples, and I have seen firsthand how transformative therapy can be when we work together with intent and empathy. My approach centers around creating a safe, supportive space where healing and personal development can begin.

With a deep commitment to creating a safe and supportive space, my approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, with a strong focus on each person’s personal development. I work with individuals and couples to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and communication issues, while helping to strengthen relationships.

In our work together, you can expect a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that combines evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, holistic focus. Whether you’re looking to change long-standing patterns or build new coping mechanisms, my goal is to empower you to break free of old habits as you step into a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What I appreciate is not only does she listen and can make the concerns relevant. She offers insight and in listening and asking the right questions over time. She's able to share perspectives that are specific to the concerns that I'm wrestling with and not the kind of responses that are cookie cutter and cliche
