About me

Meeting people at their current place of healing and helping facilitate healthy growth is Martha's greatest passion. Our lives are centered around connection, without connecting to ourselves and the world around us we are unable to live our lives to the fullest. She hopes to help others gain a better understanding of themselves, the people they surround themselves with and the world we live in.

Martha received her Master’s degree is Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling. She has experience working with couples of all forms and has completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training Level I and is in the process of completing Level II. She is passionate about helping people that are experiencing grief of any kind, whether that be in a couple, family or individual setting. Martha has worked extensively with trauma survivors and has experience utilizing Family Systems Therapy, attachment based counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and many interventions. She has taught weekly parenting classes both online and in-person, allowing her to gain deep insight into the common and uncommon parenting struggles that parents are often facing. Martha has experience working with a variety of issues including: depression, grief, sexual identity exploration, addiction, trauma, affairs, eating disorders and attachment issues.
