Hello and Welcome!

I know first hand that beginning counseling and finding a therapist is no easy thing. So congratulations to you for beginning the healing and self-growth process.

I have had experience working with individuals who deal with issues such as; anxiety, depression, stress management, substance abuse, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment challenges. Although my approach to counseling is a combination of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize tools from various disciplines to assist the clients that I work with.

I entered the counseling profession seeking to help persons who feel STUCK. Whether you are stuck in a situation, stuck in your emotions or just mentally stuck and needing a new perspective I am here to support you.
