I really enjoy the authenticity that Martin brings to the table. He’s been able to get me to open up about things I would have never considered in the past. I look forward to our sessions and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering.

He's been essential in helping me navigate what I can and can't do with my social anxiety. I couldn't handle what I'm going through without him.

Martin has been fantastic. He is understanding and knowledgeable. When my wife passed away I was defeated and destroyed. He has helped me cope with the loss and work on myself. He has been the best therapist I could have asked for. My life was destroyed and he has been with every step to make my day to day actions easier. He has taught me to go at my pace and not the pace of the world. I needed time to heal and still do. I know he will be there to help me every step of the way.

I had a wonderful experience meeting with my betterhelp therapist, he consistently checked in on my progress from the previous time we spoke and offered solid practical advice on new practices I could apply to my everyday life to work toward the improvements I desired. I hope to meet with him again when I subscribe again in the future.
