About me
Hello!
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have been working in this for over nine years in clinical practice. I work with clients who experience a range of symptoms and concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. I also work with the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach to therapy is a warm, inviting, and open approach. Every single human is worthy of a compassionate, caring approach that incorporates sensitivity as well as respect. I utilize a combination of approaches to therapy.
The first step in the journey is a brave one. If you choose to take this step with me, then I look forward to working with you!
