Mary has been so helpful with my situation. I feel that all the exercises she gives me are very useful, and my depression symptoms have pretty much disappeared.

When I came to her in the winter, I was barely functioning in life. Just through chatting with her, and working on the exercises she gave me, I feel like a completely different person.

Mary is compassionate, but straightforward. She is very understanding, and excellent at getting me to talk.

Mary is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had on my team for mental health help.
I’ve had a lot of therapists who were beyond qualified to help me and they would deny my case, criticize my problems and even quit on me.
Mary is very professional but yet talks in a way that I understand and I don’t feel like I’m being judged or looked at any kinda way.
I am confident in the ability she has to help me and I’m very happy to have her on my team! She gives me hope and faith that mental health is something that I don’t have to struggle with alone anymore.
I can’t wait to see the progress I can make with her behind me!!
