I will tailor each session and treatment plan to meet specific goals and needs.
For most people, seeking counseling is a giant step and it takes a lot of courage. If you are ready to work on having a more meaningful life, I am here to support and encourage you. I look forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Mary Griffith. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I find my time with Mary has been so helpful. She listens, and asks the right questions to get me thinking about a situation in a different way. Her advice is practical and honest, and she really helped me get through a tough period. Thank you!
She is very understanding and empathetic. She also gives me great tools to accomplish my mental and emotional goals.
After one session I am comfortable sharing what I am going through, and looking forward to future sessions.
Mary is wonderful! She checks on me in between our sessions and when I message her she responds quickly and gives me great tips to work through my issues!
Always very compassionate
Mary listens to me and always provides solutions and practices for me to utilize. I appreciate them and they have changed my approach to certain things!
Mary has a welcoming feeling about her. She makes me feel free to talk about anything and takes everything at my own pace.
I haven't been with Mary very long but she answers in a timely manner and actually listens and that is the most important thing.
She listen to you with concentration, she makes you feel like you are being heard. She makes you understand that choices you need to make for being a better person, she help us realise what is important and how to celebrate who we are!
