Mary Hope has been so kind and understanding. I value her support tremendously! She helps me recognize the coping tools that I already have, and encourages me to cultivate new ones. Mary Hope has also helped me gain perspective on certain family dynamics, and behaviors that I didn't understand in certain family members. If you are looking for a steady guide on your mental health journey, look no further!

Dr. Hope has been a God send to help me through some difficult professional challenges. Her style is conversational and respectful, She puts me at ease with her insights, advice, and coaching. I always feel there is a clear direction forward after our sessions and look forward to sharing challenges and struggles to hear her perspective and stories about how she and others have handled similar situations.
