Mary has helped me so much I don’t know if I can accurately express how much she means to me in words. I am so grateful for her patience and kindness. I’m equally grateful for her encouragement and wisdom. She always knows what to say and how to say it. I would also thank her for holding me accountable to do the hard work of healing. Would recommend her to everyone I know 10/10.

I was little hesitant about online therapy. Then I connect with Mary Keller on the first session, and have no regrets . I love her Life Skill approach and weekly assignment to go deeper listening /hearing for guidance approach.
