Mary is incredibly focused on bettering the lives of those around her and especially her clients. Her education and background provides such a profound experience. This is my best experience with therapy to date. My life has significantly improved and I feel heard, understood and never judged when I talk to Mary. She is always there for me. I have felt so much personal growth.
I wish everyone in the world who was struggling, had their own Mary. Thank you so much!

Mary is an experienced, compassionate and kind therapist. I feel heard during our sessions. She has a wonderful way of introducing thought provoking questions which guide me toward a better understanding of myself and my feelings. She is very unassuming and professional. Mary has made a positive impact in my life by encouraging me to seek out the root causes of the issues I face and teaching me to give myself the grace and space needed to properly work through them. These are lessons I will build on and tools I will carry forward as I continue to grow as a person. I feel very fortunate to have been matched with Mary through BetterHelp. Thank you.
