I started my career in Nursing working in Oncology and later in a Neuro-Trauma Unit. I enjoyed my interactions with all of my patients and decided to change my major to clinical social work. Since starting in this field, I have specialized in treating Addictions as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Disorder. I am competent in the areas of Depression, Anxiety Disorders and stress related to Grief and Life Stressors. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I consider it an honor and privilege to work with people asking for help, seeking clarity or just need some assistance sorting things out. I am profoundly touched by the people who put their trust in me to guide them in their healing journey.
