About me
Meribeth Robinson earned her graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University and is licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#927). She is committed to working with individuals, couples, families, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Meribeth utilizes a systemic, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach in her clinical work, recognizing the importance of relational dynamics and lived experiences in shaping each client’s story. She views therapy as a collaborative process and brings warmth, authenticity, and genuineness into the therapeutic space.
Her goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where diverse client systems can build insight, develop balance, and work toward meaningful change. Meribeth empowers clients to identify and use their strengths in achieving personal goals and navigating life transitions.
She has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Meribeth is EMDR Certified and can work with trauma-related issues.
