Mary brings spirituality, eastern ideology, western ideology, and overall practicality together to create a holistic approach to wellness. No one exists inside a bubble and it is important to shed light on healing the whole body, mind and spirit. We all are on a journey and Mary looks to walk with clients on their journey of exploration and enlightenment to discover who they really are and how to live in alignment with their true selves.

Mary specializes in providing holistic support for individuals living with addiction, depression, Anxiety, Panic, OCD, Trauma, and Life Transition issues. Mary uses an integrated approach rooted in Empowerment.
