So far Mary has shown me that I can trust her, it doesnt feel like she judges me at all, she takes in what I tell her and provides me her honest feedback and trys to help me come up with a precise gameplan and way to achieve my goals
Mary has absolutely changed my life! while always professional, Mary treats her clients like close friends and always reaches out to support them
Mary is patient, supportive and understanding. I feel so lucky to have come across her and this is way to use service. I feel I am improving myself everyday. Thank you. I truly appreciate it especially during 2020, which has proven to be an extremely difficult year.
Mary definitely listens and hears your concerns/issues. She provides great tools to help you through the process in session or out of sessions. She checks to make sure you are okay and if you need any other support.
Personable, patient and easy to talk to Mary helped me greatly over the past few months. Thank you!
Working with Mary Sudduth has been very helpful for me so far.
Mary has offered some great insights that have helped me discover ways to deal with the stress of a family member's health concerns. The tips and suggestions have helped me remember to focus on self care and the present situation.
In just a short time, Mary has made a huge impact for me. Her style is compassionate and direct, driven by concrete steps and strategies to move into a better space. I look forward to continuing to work with her on healing and growing.
Mary has helped me to explore how my past has contributed to my present state of mind, how my inborn character traits contribute to my responses, and how I can reframe situations, past and present, to have them make sense and to respond appropriately. She is helping me to understand and make sense of my own unique mind, how my past affects my present, and how I can make friends with all my emotions and integrate them into my true self.
Mary has been so intentional in listening; and also very helpful with providing resources, sharing tips, and inspiring self-reflection. I really appreciate her counseling services and highly recommend her! Thank you Mary.
Mary is the best therapist I’ve ever had through the years. From the start she was quick to adapt so that we got the most out of the therapy: She is kind, a good listener, but is still confident on her take on things, which is exactly what I need. Her experience also shows, and she is confident in what she does, so I would warmly recommend her.
Mary is attuned, receptive to feedback, adaptive, thoughtful, quick on her feet in session and out. Really appreciate Mary's clear expertise and many years of expertise.
Mary is the first of 3 counselors I have met with on BetterHelp who I feel really, really cares about me, and has great advice. Mary is just WONDERFUL. She has helped me sort out all my major issues with no judgements, and she genuinely cares how I am doing. All through my life, I have valued therapy, and I go when I know I don’t have the tools to deal with what is going on in my life. I honestly think Mary is the best of all the counselors I have had in the past 24 yrs. She is genuine, caring, courteous, non-judgmental, has given me a lot of helpful tips / tools to use and remember that are life-changing, she has a great sense of humor, and a genuinely great mind, heart, and spirit. She is a great therapist, but also feels a little like the wise sister I always wanted, but didn’t have. I am very thankful God assigned her to me when I was about to give up.
Mary is an absolutely wonderful counselor who is patient kind and provides the tools I need. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She is extremely flexible and understanding.
Mary helps me a lot with day to day stresses that could become anxiety attacks or depression. She also suggests ways to deal when she cant be reached (which isn't often) she is quick to respond, has good availability for scheduling appointments and you can tell she genuinely cares.
Mary Sudduth has helped me in just the short time I've been chatting with her. She's got me taking on new behaviors to replace old, bad behaviors. She is kind and caring, and always a pleasure to chat to.
Mary has been supportive and understanding. I didn’t feel that she judged me, just gave me options for dealing with my issues. I think I may have been somewhat contradictory with some of the things I may have told her, but she has responded according to what I have said, not how I’ve said it. She has helped me enormously with encouragement and advices without giving opinions.
She is in tune with what I am saying and giving me space to adjust to information.
So far so good, has been very helpful so far :)
