Mary Taylor, LCSW
About me
I’ve been at the forefront of behavioral healthcare for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of roles and settings—emergency rooms, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient treatment. Both personally and professionally, I’ve learned to trust that even in struggle, a way forward exists. We’ll work together to understand your patterns, then develop practical skills to improve your quality of life.
I offer a relational, nervous system-informed therapy grounded in attachment, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating safety so lasting change can occur. In our work together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening internally, but how those patterns show up with partners, family members, and others.
This type of therapy is often a good fit if you feel anxious, overwhelmed, numb, disconnected, or stuck in relational patterns—and if you value a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach. An initial consultation can help us decide together whether this feels like the right match. I look forward to speaking with you.
