About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee with several years of experience. I graduated in 2020 from Tennessee Technological University with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and I have worked the last 3 years in addictions counseling. I have assisted clients that suffer from substance abuse, depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship/family issues, as well as many other mental health concerns.

Initially, I strive to build and develop a good therapeutic relationship with each individual to create a safe space to talk without the fear of judgment. I utilize different approaches in therapy: humanistic approach, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I evaluate the topic of concern and work with you to adjust treatment as needed.

Seeking change takes courage. If you are ready to take the first steps, I am here to support and guide you through this journey to a better you.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

Mason is very helpful and supportive and offers some great insights in connecting childhood experiences to what’s happening currently in my life.
