Matthew is an excellent therapist! He understands my needs whilst being supportive and approachable in how he communicates. In helping me with my grief we have made waves of progress helping me know how to get back to who I am, which wouldnt of been possible with out him! Would highly recommend :-)

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Matthew. Incredibly kind and understanding. Chatting with him was almost the highlight of every week for me.

My therapy sessions with Matthew have been great. Not knowing what to expect it was a reassuring feeling knowing within 5 minutes of the very first session that Matthew knew, understood and would help me overcome my particular issue. A great guy who I'd throughly recommend.

He's the best therapist I've ever had in my 15+ years in therapy. He's kind, caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, precise, fun and quirky. He's authentic. He encourages me to be my authentic self and helps me with my struggles. He understands me. He's just the best.

Matthew provides the listening ear that I needed for such a long time. Stops me when needed and have me reflect on what I said, opening up new perspectives. It's the support that I knew I needed, but also didn't know I needed and the world looks a bit lighter now that I have been chatting about all the hurt and troubles so openly. He provides a safe space and for this first time in a long time, I feel like I don't have to walk on egg shells.
