I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Matt is a very nice person to be able to talk to. He listens and shows that he cares about what problems you may be facing. I was able to connect with him which made it easier to address my worries. Overall a great therapist, and highly recommend them.
