Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Matthew Roy. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've just started my sessions with Matthew but I feel like a huge weight is lifted. I spend most of our sessions talking endlessly and realize I have just had so much to say but no safe place to say it. Matthew has already helped me draw connections between occurrences and emotions in my day-to-day life and I really love the path we are on.
