Matthew Shubin, LMFT
About me
Life can be a series of challenges which at times can be overwhelming and cause us stress which affects our overall happiness.
I am a Licensed MFT with over 15 years of experience working with teens and families and helping them find ways to navigate these difficult life challenges.
I am currently an outreach therapist working with teens and parents struggling with life stress. By exploring our thoughts and feelings about life’s experiences, we will develop a better understanding of your personal situation, and gain insight into how you can better face these challenges. From these insights we can create solutions to help you deal with your stress and find ways to live a more fulfilling life.
It can be difficult to figure out where to start. I will help you find ways to begin your journey towards living a more fulfilling and less stressful life.
I look forward to working with you!
