Maureen listens without judgement and guides me to finding solutions that work for my growth and self care. She is the empathetic mirror that allows me to see my situations with a new perspective, while gently offering validation of my experience. I am so grateful for the tools I have continued to gain and the progress I am continuing to make as we tackle each new hurdle together.
She is a fantastic listener and advisor.
I’m a pain in the ass. Maureen has become a trusted human voice that is a friend as much as a therapist. She listens. Gently offers insight & perspectives I hadn’t considered while never appearing to have an agenda outside our working together to seek understanding. I respect her professionally, and admire her personally. Two hearts up.
Maureen has been invaluable during my life transitions and stresses.
Continually great, every week
Maureen has been an excellent counselor. I look forward to continuing our journey together.
Maureen is very kind, she replies fast.
Maureen is extremely helpful in working through any issue or topic no matter how big or small. I feel like we always have tangible goals and progress to work on. There is no pressure, but the door is always open. Through counseling with Maureen I have made multiple realizations about how or why my anxiety happens that I would have never realized otherwise. It has had a major positive impact on my physical and mental health.
I highly recommend Maureen Macias as a therapist. She has been great to work with and I value her expertise!
