Dr. O'Shea not only listens intently to me in our sessions, but she spends her own private time between sessions thinking about what we have talked about and how to guide what I consider to be my recovery path so I can enjoy a more fulfilling life that I am accepting and proud of. With each session I make progress that I wasn't making without her. I have read a lot of books, talked to a lot of people, done a lot of journaling. But the gentle insightful guidance I am getting from Dr. O'Shea is the difference maker so I can finally tackle the issues in my past that are sabotaging the person I want to become.
