Many people seek therapy to make improvements in their lives. My goal is to help you identify and conquer what you feel is holding you back. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic and non-judgmental. My treatment approach is direct and collaborative from a holistic standpoint, which allows me to tailor each session to my clients' needs and help restore a sense of balance. I specialize in individual therapy for problems related to depression, anxiety, stress, gambling, other forms of addictions, and relationship difficulties.
I also believe in incorporating my clients' culture, beliefs, and values in order to help them feel more whole. I believe that creating an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship is imperative to behavioral change and therefore it is essential that the therapist and client are a good fit and work as a collaborative team.
